When turned Flexx side up, you get some resistance, but also nice rebound. This ” surface strengthens the arm, wrist and fingers for mastering all types of techniques and impact velocities. Flip to the Workk side, and work is what youre going to do. The 1/2″ surface offers significant absorption and firmness with low reboundan excellent surface for exposing any limitations in your technique.
